"Covered Housing Developments" include: Federal financing through the City after July 11, 1988. Bond and other financing or assistance through the City or CRA/LA and construction began on or after January 26, 1992. New Construction and Substantial Rehabilitation approved by LAHD for financing after April 12, 2016.
