Laundry room consisting of two top-loading washers, one front-loading washer, three dryers, a folding counter, and cubbies mounted along the wall. All machines are quarter operated.

Community Room for tenants to enjoy. A carpeted area has a wall-mounted tv with entertainment system, two armchairs facing the tv, and two glass, round tables with four chairs per table. Also in the community room are a refridgerator, since, oven, stove, and cabinets.
