Seven Maples Apartments will make reasonable accommodations to individuals whose disability so require. Reasonable Accommodation Request forms are available upon request from management. Seven Maples Apartments is an Equal Opportunity Housing Facility, admitting people in accordance with local, state and federal Fair Housing laws, and in accordance with California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC), the Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) Affordable Housing Program (AHP), Los Angeles Housing and Community Investment Department (HCIDLA) and the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles (LA/CRA). Eligibility for Seven Maples Apartments is based on the resident selection criteria. Ineligible applicants may not be admitted to Seven Maples Apartments. An applicant must meet the following eligibility requirements:

AGE REQUIREMENT At least one household member must be at least age 55 or older at time of application. I NCOME LIMITS To qualify, the household’s gross income may not exceed the applicable maximum income limit per household size and may not be lower than the income minimum per household size. The income maximums and minimums are posted in Seven Maples Apartment’s Office. APPLICATION PROCEDURES Applications will be available in the office during normal business hours or by requesting an application by telephone. Application fees are $46.00 per each household member 18 years of age and older. The maximum charge per household is $138.00. An application fee(s) (per adult to occupy the apartment) is required at the time an application is processed to determine eligibility. A holding deposit of $200 will be collected once a unit is offered. These funds must be in the form of a cashier’s check. The holding deposit will be applied to your Security Deposit and or first month’s rent if your application is approved and you move-in on your scheduled move-in day. If you rescind your application within three (3) days of the date the holding deposit was paid, your holding deposit will be reimbursed within 14 business days. If you cancel after the initial 3 days for any reason your holding deposit will be forfeited. The application fee is non-refundable.

The complex offers various community amenities including a community room, learning center and conveniently located near public transportation and St. Barnabas Senior Center. Seven Maples Senior Apartments offers affordable housing to 62+ senior residents meeting low income and other program requirements.
