Policy :	Any applicant that fails to respond to a notice or who doesn’t show up for the scheduled interview will be considered no longer interested. All applications will be processed in the order received and processed for move-in on a first completed, first move-in basis. NoHo Senior Villas is subject to income limits that are published annually by Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and are available to the public from the property office. These income guidelines are subject to change yearly.

Property Description :	This permanent supportive housing community of 49 apartments is completely ADA accessible, with four apartments designed for those with mobility, vision, or hearing impairments. All apartments are reserved for households with at least one member who is age 55 or older and whose incomes range from 25% to 60% of the area median income. 18 apartments are reserved for chronically homeless households living with mental illness. These 18 units are supported by an operating subsidy from the California Mental Health Services Act. PATH Ventures coordinates the provision of both on-site and off-site supportive services, and San Fernando Community Mental Health Center provides mental health services. Levine Management Groups provides on-site property management.
