Property Description :	Dunbar Village is an 83-unit, affordable housing community located in the heart of Los Angeles' historic Central Avenue jazz scene. Our general waiting list is currently closed. We are only accepting applications for the Accessible Unit waiting list for the mobility and/or hearing/vision impaired. Dunbar Village includes The Dunbar Hotel, a 41-unit, tax credit community for people 55 and over. The Dunbar Hotel offers studios, one and two bedroom units for people 55 and over. The Dunbar Hotel accepts Housing Choice (Section 8) and VASH vouchers. Residents enjoy access to a spacious community room with a large-screen television, laundry facilities, a gym and covered parking. Each unit features wall-to-wall carpeting, vinyl flooring, and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and stove.
